Cookie Policy

This policy states which cookies and which local storage in your browser
(localStorage and sessionStorage) Avimath LLC uses on avimath.com, what
they are used for, and how you can delete them. Information about your personal data
is in the Privacy Policy.
1. What We Store in Your Browser
Avimath does not use its own cookies or storage for advertising or to track you across other sites. The session cookies are strictly necessary to provide the Service you request. The language, theme, and currency cache are functional: they are stored because of an action you take or only to show you the price. For that reason we do not show a consent banner for what is listed in this table.

All of our cookies (session and language) carry SameSite=Lax and, on HTTPS connections (always in production), the Secure attribute.
2. Analytics and Third Parties
- Analytics: we load an analytics script (Umami) from the domain
t.katsuvo.com, which is different fromavimath.com. It is a Umami instance that we self-host on a rented server (VPS) located in France. It measures use of the site on an aggregate basis (pages visited, source or referrer, screen size, language, browser, and approximate location derived from the IP address). We do not use it for advertising or to build profiles, andavimath.comdoes not add its own cookies for it. The basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the Service. You may object by writing to privacy@avimath.com and we will handle your request in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Because the analytics are aggregate and do not identify you, the effective and immediate way to object is to block that script (t.katsuvo.com) using your browser settings or extensions, which you may also do if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and do not want this measurement. - Errors and payments: we use Sentry to diagnose errors in the Service (without cookies of its own on
avimath.com) and Stripe and Sold through Link, LLC for payment, which is completed on their page, outsideavimath.com. We do not use them for advertising or tracking. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
3. How to Delete or Block Cookies and Local Storage
You can view, delete, or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings;
for localStorage and sessionStorage, remove all site data for avimath.com. If
you block or delete the session cookies, you will be signed out and will not be able
to sign in while they remain blocked. If you block or delete the others, the Service keeps working, but it will not remember your language (it will be shown in English) or your theme (the dark theme will be shown).
4. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy when the Service changes. The version in effect is the one posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date is the publication date of this version. Material changes will be notified as set out in section 19 of the Terms and take effect on the date stated in the notice. We will not add cookies or storage that are not strictly necessary without first asking for your consent where the law requires it. This document is available in English and Spanish. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the versions, the language rule in Section 22.7 of the Terms applies.
